Our model enables us to link the majority of our fee income to a profit share arrangement with our clients; as opposed to expensive legacy time and materials consultancies. Scott is co-founder of Oak Ridge Advisory and is passionate about helping clients to achieve their full potential. During the current pandemic this often involves advising on and negotiating the restructuring of client’s capital structures in order to provide flexibility to navigate the existing challenges and uncertainties. Scott started he career at PWC and was formerly co-head of AlixPartners’ UK Turnaround and Restructuring practice, with over 20 years of turnaround and transformation experience. Applying financial and restructuring skills to capture value for stakeholders in complex situations for both public and private companies. Kevin Coates is co-founder of Oak Ridge and has extensive restructuring knowledge and experience in working with, for and as management, in times of distress and significant change. Having worked across numerous sectors and geographies, including the UK, India, the Middle East, Europe and South Africa, he is now passionate about providing SME and Mid-Market businesses with high quality affordable advice. Kevin has always worked in turnaround and restructuring, formerly with EY and latterly as Partner and co-head of company-side advisory at AlixPartners. He has over 23 years’ experience in advising and supporting varied sized businesses through turnaround and restructuring challenges, including 14 years working in Manchester, advising SME and mid-market businesses. During this time, he undertook a 12-month secondment working for the restructuring team of a large UK bank, gaining first-hand experience of the priorities of financial institutions in dealing with clients during times of change. Paul Campbell is an advisor to Oak Ridge Advisory and the founder and owner of Hill Capital Partners LLP, through which he carries out private investment and advisory roles across the leisure and hospitality sectors. Having formerly created, grown and successfully sold several businesses of his own Paul today enjoys working with ambitious entrepreneurs, Boards and fellow investors who are looking to significantly expand their businesses. He invests directly and will also co-invest with other funds and institutions. Paul is currently an investor in and sits on the Boards as Chairman/NED of a number of respected and rapidly growing businesses in the leisure and hospitality sectors.
